Students receive adequate instruction and practice before participating in activities. Skills are taught in a developmental sequence. Like in the classroom, physical activity has rules, boundaries and routines so the students know what is expected of them.

The workshop begins with a warm up and safe stretching activities to warm up the body and mitigate the risk of injury. The workshop then moves onto a combination of floor activities and aerials training. This enables participants to partake in an exciting and unique range of practical experiences which embed the principles of professional development. Participants will achieve a sense of working together and supporting one another, while the circus skills invoke a sense of risk and an ultimate feeling of achievement.
