There are no physical prerequisites to participate in Circus Fit Studio Workshops. Activities are challenging, but very achievable. When you book a workshop you can take advantage of our custom-built Aerials, including 12 Aerial Silks, 12 hanging Trapeze, a Triple Trapeze and Lyras, amongst ground-based Circus facilities, including Tight Wire, Hula Hoops, Juggling, Mini Trampoline, Spinning Plates, Acrobatics and Parkour.

Circus Fit Studio offer a range of standard workshops —2 hour, 4 hour and full day workshops.

Circus Fit Studio can also develop an individual workshop structure and program to suit your staff and company requirements.

Included in our workshops is a 5 minute performance on the Aerial Silks by our Aerialist Yvette Jennings to complete the session, valued at $600.00.

Participants can wear tracksuit pants, shorts or leggings with a tight singlet or t-shirt (remember participants will be hanging upside down!).

The workshop begins with warm up and stretch activities to warm up the body and mitigate the risk of injury. The workshop then moves onto a combination of floor activities and aerials training. This enables participants to partake in an exciting and unique range of practical experiences which embed the principles of professional development. Participants will achieve a sense of working together and supporting one another, while the circus skills invoke a sense of risk and an ultimate feeling of achievement.

We encourage a reflection session at the end of the workshop which is co-facilitated with a leader or representative from your workplace. This ensures transfer of skills learnt back in to your workplace and ensuring return on investment.

Activities Included:

Floor activities:

  • Games and Conditioning – Games are fun and an excellent icebreaker! They enable participants to step out of their comfort zone.
